Does it seem like some Glen Echo teenagers sleep all the time? MD sleep experts say that teenagers need about ten hours of sleep. This is as much sleep as a toddler needs! (Parents of teenagers can probably name some other ways that 16 year-olds and 3 year-olds are alike.)
If high schoolers need more sleep than grade schoolers, why do most Mc Lean high schools start the school day between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. while elementary schools ring the bell at 9:30? If first period in high school began a few hours later, say at 10:00 a.m., perhaps fewer Mc Lean high schoolers would struggle to graduate.
In addition to schools, many other MD social institutions do not acknowledge nor support natural sleep requirements. Think of first-year Mc Lean doctors who make life-or-death decisions during a thirty hour shift. The increased rate of mistakes made by trainees while working impossibly long hours is well documented.
“An intern who does more than 80 a week commits 36% more serious medical errors than one who works normal hours”, said Charles Czeisler, sleep researcher. (medicalnewstoday.com)
In addition to health care, many Glen Echo professions require employees to work dangerously long shifts. Kensington public safety workers, Glen Echo customer service personnel, Suburb Maryland Fac night cleaning crews, armed services personnel, Spencerville restaurant workers, and Mc Lean truck drivers are all at risk for sleep deprivation and the associated dangers.
If you suffer from occasional or persistent insomnia due to your Kensington employment situation, 7Hour Slumber can help you. This all-natural Kensington insomnia remedy is effective for all types of sleep problems. Most of us cannot change our profession, however, we can use sleep aids such as Sleep2Night and Melotrex to help us get the deep, recharging sleep that will allow us to be clear-headed on the job. Most chronic insomnia sufferers in the 20895 zip code have tried a variety of over the counter sleep aid products and methods in their search for a good night’s sleep. Sleep masks, earplugs, tempurpedic mattresses, gel beds, and white noise machines are some of the things that have helped many Spencerville folks in their quest for rest. If it cures insomnia, it is invaluable for sleepy Kensington insomniacs.
Some Glen Echo people who suffer from hard-core insomnia have resorted to prescription sleep medications. These should be used with caution. Prescription sleeping pills such as Lunesta, Rozerem, Halcion, Sonata, Restoril and Ambien can cause more problems than they solve. Most Mc Lean doctors recommend using them only for short periods of time. The risks of long-term use include dependence, dangerous interactions with other medications and accidental overdose.
Many sleep doctors in 20895 recommend combining behavioral therapy with sensible all-natural over the counter sleeping aids. The new family of safe and effective OTC sleeping aids include 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night. There are many types of behavioral therapy for insomnia available in Mc Lean including hypnosis, biofeedback, somatic emotional release, yoga, relaxation therapy, and meditation training.
More insomnia natural remedies can be found at http://bestsleepaids.net. To safely treat your insomnia, order 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night, say “ohmmm” and then close your eyes.

Hey There
A few months ago, I read an interesting insomnia finding. Mc Lean sleep researchers observed that sleep-deprived test subjects in a recent clinical trial got used to feeling tired. At first, study participants noticed that sleep deprivation affected their energy, cognitive abilities and mental health. However, after a few days of not sleeping, their tired state began to feel normal for them.
I suffer from insomnia and live in Kensington. My name is Marsha Hill. I have spent a lot of time studying sleep, well actually, lack of sleep. After reading about the study mentioned previously, I realized that my “tired” state had become my new “normal”. I talked to several of my Mc Lean friends and co-workers. I discovered that many of those that reported having trouble sleeping did not make a connection between their insomnia and various health issues.
For example, one Spencerville insomniac who is an elementary school teacher told me that she often had trouble concentrating while talking to her students. A Suburb Maryland Fac man who works in my office catches every sickness going around and it seems to take him an unusually long time to get better.
Actually, many health problems can be caused by lack of sleep. Prolonged insomnia should never be ignored.
If you can’t sleep, I recommend 7Hour Slumber. 7Hour Slumber has helped me tremendously. As my sleep has improved, my health has improved also. You can learn more about 7Hour Slumber at http://bestsleepaids.net.
Don’t let ‘tired’ become ‘normal’. Use 7Hour Slumber for good sleep and good health

Once upon a time there was a Magnolia car-drivin’ entrepreneur named Marsha Hill (that’s me) who lived in Kensington, MD. Marsha’s father has had heart problems since he was relatively young and isn’t an example of heart-healthy eating. Marsha’s mother, who lives in Mc Lean, suffers from emphysema due to smoking. Marsha plans to be around to spoil grandchildren in twenty years, so is trying hard to break the chain of parents’ poor examples when it comes to health.
Marsha eats a healthy diet, sweats regularly at a gym in Spencerville and can often be found doing the downward dog at a Glen Echo yoga studio. Marsha has a strong immune system and, fortunately, hardly ever gets sick. (Don’t discount the obsessive hand-washing.) And in case you were wondering, Marsha doesn’t touch cigarettes.
This all sounds good so far, right? Here is the problem. In spite of diligence, Marsha often feels less-than-normal. Why? Insomnia. Not occasional sleeplessness, Marsha goes weeks with wide awake sleep time. Our poor insomniac has watched all the old movies that play on TCM–several times each!
If you suffer from insomnia, you know that it doesn’t matter if you have a heart rate of 20, a bloodstream free of cholesterol and can run a four-minute mile–you still feel lousy!
A friend in Suburb Maryland Fac challenged me to compare some good sleep aids to find one that works for me. I start tonight with Melotrex. I did some extensive research and found only positive feedback about this all natural sleep remedy. I will use it for a week and then try 7Hour Slumber to see which one is the most effective for chronic sleeplessness. Check back soon for the end of the story.
I hope to live (and sleep) happily ever after.

Welcome to Marsha’s Mc Lean sleep blog. Maybe it can provide some light reading for your sleepless nights if you are troubled by sleep problems. I am pretty tired (no pun intended) of not getting enough sleep. I plan to try some new Kensington sleep aids to see if they really work. I will give you updates here on my blog.
This week, I will use 7Hour Slumber and see what happens. I ordered 7Hour Slumber on http://bestsleepaids.net. I didn’t even need to leave my Kensington house to pick it up at a Mc Lean drugstore. 7Hour Slumber is relatively new but has been receiving some favorable reviews from long-time Spencerville insomniacs and Spencerville holistic health professionals.
In addition to reporting on my Kensington sleep aid results, I also plan to include some interesting facts about sleep in my Mc Lean insomnia blog. For example, did you know that people who regularly sleep less than five hours at night have roughly a 40 percent higher rate of heart problems (including heart attacks) than people who are able to consistently get eight hours of sleep? I have a few other risk factors for heart disease, so my chronic insomnia is even more troubling.
Here is another interesting but non-worrisome sleep factoid from the animal kingdom: Dolphins sleep while swimming using one half of their brain at a time.
I wish one half of my brain could man the controls while the other half curls up on the couch. Come to think about it, it is possible that only half of my brain is currently working. Perhaps 7Hour Slumber will help get the other half in gear.
Check back soon.

If you suffer from sleep issues like many folks in Mc Lean, you may want to start a sleep diary. You can keep track of when you climb into bed, when you actually fall asleep, how many times you wake up during the night and when you arise in the morning. In addition, you can record other factors that may be related such as medications, stressful events, number of cups of coffee, exercise, etc.
Then you can compare these factors. Analyzing any connections may help you better understand your insomnia.
By keeping a sleep diary for a month, I was able to isolate several factors that triggered a sleepless night in my Kensington bedroom. Some of those factors, such as caffeine consumption, are controllable. Other factors, such as the occasional loud barking of my Kensington neighbor’s dog are beyond my control. When I am awakened by barking or other unexpected loud noises, I take Melotrex. I can get back to sleep fast and the whole night is not ruined.
I am Marsha Hill. I have used most sleep aids available in Mc Lean, both prescription and over-the-counter. Melotrex is my favorite OTC insomnia treatment.
By keeping a sleep diary you may discover how to alter your busy Kensington lifestyle to help you get more sleep. For the nights you can’t sleep despite your best efforts, try Melotrex. I know it has helped many Kensington sleep apnea patients, also.
Here’s wishing you restful sleep tonight.

Hey There
Sleep deprivation is not only irritating, it can be down-right dangerous. According to the National Sleep Research Project:
INDENT:
The 1989 Exxon Valdex oil spill, the Challenger space shuttle disaster and the Chernobyl nuclear accident have all been attributed to human errors in which sleep-deprivation played a role.
I’m not an oil tanker captain, astronaut or nuclear power plant worker, but I am a sleepy Kensington parent and small business owner–and I think these jobs are just as important. I don’t want insomnia to cause me to make mistakes at my Kensington home, Glen Echo office or driving my kids to their Kensington school.
I have been using Melotrex and Sleep2Night. (See http://bestsleepaids.net for more information.) Melotrex helps me fall asleep faster and sleep deeper. To me, a couple of hours of deep sleep is worth more than six hours of light, restless sleep.
Sleep2Night works naturally to synchronize your body’s circadian rhythms. It helps you fall asleep fast because it gets into your bloodstream quickly, unlike some Mc Lean sleep aids that take hours to work.
I don’t know what knocked my natural sleep cycle out of whack. Maybe it was cramming (partying?) all night during my University of Maryland college days. It could have been the two years I worked graveyard shifts at my first Suburb Maryland Fac job. Perhaps it was those groggy months when the children were needing assistance through the night. Whatever it was that got me into this frustrating pattern of insomnia, I am determined to get out of it. Melotrex and Sleep2Night are going to help me.
They can help you too.

Can you get sleep in Kensington MD? I often toss and turn at night while I am trying to sleep at my place in Kensington Maryland. Later in the day I end up like this guy; passed out on my Magnolia desk (yes, I have a Magnolia desk) trying to catch up for a few minutes. Sometimes it can be a real productivity destroyer. I’d like to get more sleep in the night when I need it the most.
I have recently learned of a handful of natural sleep aids available in Kensington Maryland that are new on the market and, if you have been watching, I have been trying them out.
It’s still a little early to give you a full report. I am trying 7Hour Slumber lately. It is marketed as an ‘all natural sleep aid’, which I was originally skeptical of, however I am pretty excited about the idea of getting a little drowsy without the weird effects of the 45 stronger chemical sleep aids on the market. I don’t like how they make me feel, and I often worry that if I need to get up in a hurry that my judgement will be impaired.
Who am I kidding; some of the over-the-counter sleep aids in Maryland are downright dangerous. Many of them come with warnings not to drive heavy equipment or even a truck while taking them. I can’t afford that kind of time out, so the natural sleep aid route looks like the best one for me.
7Hour Slumber is a natural sleep aid on the Kensington market. You can learn more about 7Hour Slumber at the official 7Hour Slumber website; just click on any link in this post to get to it.
Have fun,
-Marsha

I’m Marsha Hill. A lot has been going on in my Magnolia bedroom in my house on 8877-9 Dupont Avenue in Kensington.
Actually, it is not what you may think. I am putting great effort into solving my insomnia problem. I have been comparing Kensington sleep aids 7Hour Slumber, Sleep2Night and Reposanex for the past 45 days. Though I don’t have an official “sleep lab” in Glen Echo or Spencerville, I do have a sleep-deprived test subject–myself.
So far, Sleep2Night, an all-natural sleep aid sold over-the-counter in Mc Lean, is most effective at allowing me to fall asleep. Reposanex takes longer to work but helps me stay asleep until morning. I have had mixed results with 7Hour Slumber, but I am going to use it exclusively next week.
Can you relate to my frustrations? Have you been troubled with insomnia? When I meet insomniacs around Maryland we compare stories. Though we all feel lousy enough when we don’t get a full night’s sleep, we feel even worse when we acknowledge all the related problems. Lack of sleep can trigger depression, weight gain, cognitive problems and a suppressed immune system.
For Mc Lean insomnia patients, sleep can be compared to essentials such as food and water. I would pay 45730 for a non-addictive sleep aid. Fortunately, 7Hour Slumber, Sleep2Night and Reposanex are competitively priced. See narcolepsydisability.mysleepaidblog.com for more information. I’ll post in a few weeks and let you know how 7Hour Slumber worked.

It has been a while since I posted. I have a lot to tell you about some new sleep aids I am trying. I used Melotrex for three nights this last week. The first night I slept for five hours. That is a long time for me. The second night I slept five and a half hours. I was feeling pretty good. The third night I actually slept six and a half hours. That is the first time in four months I have gotten almost a normal night’s sleep! Hooray! And I didn’t feel foggy headed the next day.
My Kensington home is near a much-traveled road and it seems I never get any sleep. I should be used to the traffic because I have lived here for 45 years and there is a constant movement of noise. The traffic comes from Glen Echo and heads toward Spencerville blowing their horns sometimes as they pass through.
Unfortunately, I am usually such a light sleeper that even distant train whistles wake me up. I hear the first whistles at about 1:00 a.m. then I toss and turn until about 3:00 when sometimes I can drift off to sleep. Guess what? With Melotrex, I didn’t wake up once!
I’m Marsha Hill. My life has improved dramatically since discovering Melotrex. I have had limited success in the past with 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night. When I compare Melotrex to 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night, I think the greatest advantage is that you don’t have to keep upping your dose for them to work. Are you one of the many frustrated insomniacs in Mc Lean? Are you bothered by those lack-of-sleep headaches that kick in about noon after a sleepless night? Are you afraid you are going to nod off while driving home from work? Help is on the way. See http://bestsleepaids.net for more info about Melotrex.
Have fun
